On Thursday, December 11th, we invite you to an evening focusing on the body, intimacy and well-being during pregnancy and after birth.
We have invited Katrine Meyer from StærkHverdag , a specialized physiotherapy clinic in Aarhus and Horsens that helps people to live a stronger and more sustainable everyday life. At StærkHverdag you will find professionalism combined with care and time to listen – with special competencies within, among others, GynObs physiotherapy, fertility physiotherapy, baby and child physiotherapy and training.
Tonight's themes:
- How do you take care of your vagina?
- Brief review of pelvic floor training, scar tissue treatment and perineal massage.
- Learn to relax your pelvic floor muscles – both in preparation for birth and for recovery afterwards.
- Sex during pregnancy and postpartum – including introduction to relevant aids, and help with coping if sex is painful.
Katrine will talk about the key topics and point out relevant tools and products. Peech's store manager, Maria Skov, will supplement with knowledge about how to create intimacy with yourself and your partner(s) during and after pregnancy.
There will be free coffee, tea and snacks at the event.
