UroGynObs fysioterapeut og sexolog, Line Baunsgaard, deler viden om, hvordan ADHD kan påvirke din seksualitet. I løbet af aftenen får du konkrete råd og strategier til at håndtere nedsat lyst, smerter og intimitetsudfordringer.
Hvem er Line Baunsgaard?
Line Baunsgaard er UroGynObs fysioterapeut og masteruddannet i sexologi med 18 års erfaring fra privatklinik, hvor hun har arbejdet med personer, der har seksuelle udfordringer, særligt smerter ved sex og nedsat nydelse og lyst. Hun står også bag instaprofilen @gynfyssen_line, hvor hun udbreder viden om ADHD’s indflydelse på seksualiteten og giver råd og strategier til at bevare intimitet og opretholde et godt og tilfredsstillende sexliv.
Hvad lærer du til arrangementet?
I denne Peech Teach talk handler det om ADHD og de seksuelle udfordringer, det kan medføre – såsom nedsat nydelse eller lyst, smerter ved penetration og problemer med orgasme.
Line vil aftabuisere og sprede viden om, hvordan ADHD påvirker seksualiteten. Almindelige ADHD-træk som tankemylder, distraktioner, opmærksomhedsproblemer, dårlig energiregulering, høje stressniveauer og muskelspændinger i kroppen (herunder i underlivet) kan nemlig have stor indflydelse på intimitet og sexliv. Det kan hjælpe dig til selvindsigt, selvforståelse og mere selvaccept, så det bliver lettere at handle på de udfordringer, du står overfor i intimitet og sexliv.
Arrangementet kombinerer viden og praksis med fokus på selvforståelse og selvaccept.
