When you shop with Peech ApS, agreements are made in Danish. The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act for consumers apply to purchases on Peech.dk

2 Prices

All product prices shown on Peech.dk are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes, but exclude shipping. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued products.


3. Payment methods

Peech.dk accepts payment with the following payment methods: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay and ViaBill. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped.


4. Delivery

Peech ApS provides delivery with Bring or Dao. We ship to all of Denmark. We aim to ship orders before 4 pm the same day. However, we do not ship packages on Sundays and public holidays. Shipping prices from 39 DKK. Free shipping on orders over 600 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or the selected parcel shop. The delivery time is the expected delivery time stated by Bring or Dao.

Remember that it is also possible to pick up orders in our store at Guldbergsgade 25, kld. tv, 2200 Copenhagen N.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop in our webshop. Therefore, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can contact customer service by sending an email to hej@peech.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you will be informed of the procedure by email.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice at the same time.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received your goods.

5.1 Excluded goods and the right of withdrawal

For health or hygiene reasons, some goods are sealed or sealed. These items include, but are not limited to, intimate goods. The right of return and right of withdrawal on these goods lapses if the seal or seal is broken after receipt. Goods whose original purpose is not for intimate use may therefore be unpacked if they can be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.

6. right of complaint

Peech ApS provides a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect handling or poor maintenance of the product/service.

You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered or should have discovered the fault or defect. In the case of shipping damage, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible in any case. In the event of errors, defects or missed deliveries, please contact our customer service at hej@peech.dk and attach documentation of the error or defect in the form of a picture or video. We will then get back to you with instructions.

In the event of a complaint, you are generally entitled to have the purchased item replaced with an equivalent product. Please note that we do not refund your shipping costs in connection with the delivery or complaint, and that you bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive them if it is necessary to send them back to us. We only accept shipments sent to your door - that is, we do not accept shipments sent to parcel shops, parcel boxes, post offices or cash on delivery.

7. Reimbursement

When using the right of withdrawal, payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received the product(s) you have returned or personally handed in to one of our stores. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original purchase.
