Durable binding tape for everyday use

Binding tape, also known as trans tape, can be used to bind the breast tissue and give the impression of a flat chest. The tape is made from a comfortable blend of 95% cotton and 5% spandex that is sweat and waterproof and can be used when exercising, in the bath or even while swimming.

The tape is held in place by a latex-free, hypoallergenic acrylic glue that retains its adhesive effect for up to 7 days of continuous use. The binder tape is safe to sleep in and does not make breathing difficult - if you use the correct binder method. Binder tape should be applied from the top of the ribcage to just below the armpit, never further down. 

It's not recommended to roll the tape all the way around the chest, as it can make breathing difficult and cause skin irritation - Instead, use pieces of approximately 10-15 cm in length, or whatever suits you best. Start by placing one piece over the breast tissue and then gently pull it to the side. Repeat if necessary, and don't pull too hard - it needs to be comfortable and breathable.The tape also sticks best to the skin, instead of the tape itself. 

When the tape is less sticky after prolonged use or you just want to remove it, you can do it most easily by softening it with oil, like almond or coconut oil.
