Denne aften vil sexolog Molly Mørch vejlede omkring irritation ved arvæv.
Hvad kan du forvente?
Til dig, der lige nu sidder med et eller flere ar, som skaber fortvivlelse og forvolder smerte og ubehag: det kan godt blive bedre og det ikke behøver ikke være så svært, som det er lige nu. Rigtigt mange mennesker vil kunne komme langt med selv at behandle deres ar. Nogle vil opleve, at det er det fysiske, de er mest generet af, andre det psykiske - altså de tanker og følelser man har om arret. Fælles for alle er, at man ved at behandle sit ar, kan få det bedre med det. Det kan godt være, at der var omstændigheder, der var ude af vores hænder, da vi fik arret, men vi tager ansvar for selv at tage del i helingen, og dét er i sig selv helende.
På denne workshop får du viden omkring ar, samt lærer selv at behandle dine ar. Det kan både være ar fra ulykker og operationer, eller ar fra vaginale fødsler.
Hvem er Molly?
Molly Mørch er psykoterapeut, sexolog og forfatter. Hun har haft et samarbejde med Peech i over 4 år og har blandt andet skrevet artikler du kan finde på Peechs hjemmeside. Molly har klinik på Østerbro, og arbejder også med online sessioner. Hun har både individuel terapi, parterapi, og gruppeterapi. Udover at være terapeut skriver hun også faglitteratur og selvhjælpsbøger. Arvæv er Mollys 5. Bog, og hun har skrevet den efter at hun i flere år havde speciale i arvævsbehandlinger som massør, et speciale hun desværre har måttet opgive på grund af begyndende slidgigt i hænderne. Molly har også medvirket i over 150 episoder af “Bare sex” podcasten, hendes egen podcast “tilbage til dig selv” samt i TV dokumentaren “Kom du fra 2024”. Molly er kendt for hendes brede viden, gode selskab og uhøjtidelige facon.
