Cyclic Notes is a notebook designed to make tracking your menstrual/fertility cycle easy and enjoyable. The book can serve as an alternative to using an app and is relevant for anyone who wants to get to know their cycle.
In the book's introduction, you are guided through self-examination, which strengthens body awareness and the ability to understand and read your own signals throughout the cycle. In addition to being a practical tool, Cyclic Notes also functions as a personal space - a private space to keep notes about your cycle and your intimate life.
The light green color of the cover is a tribute to the inner spring, and to the vibrant and life-giving aspect of having a hormonal cycle.
