Kom til en intim og nærværende aften i Peech Aarhus, Badstuegade 16, hvor vi sætter fokus på smerter og spændinger i underlivet hos personer med vulva. Både til dig der gerne vil høre mere om underlivet & bækkenbunden, og til dig, der har spændinger eller andet.
Aftenen bliver guidet af UroGynObs-fysioterapeut Anette fra Klinik Underværk, som vil dele sin viden om undelivet og bækkenbunden. Dertil kommer hun blandt andet end på emnerne: bristninger, smerter og spændinger (myoser) i underlivet og bækkenbunden i relation til sexlivet. Vi dykker ned i emner som vaginisme, vulvodyni, lichen sclerosus, arvæv efter fødselsbristninger, dybe samlejesmerter mv.
Derudover ser vi nærmere på produkter og tilgange, der kan være en hjælp i hverdagen og støtte til mere nydelse og intimitet – både med sig selv og med partner(e) – selv når smerter er en del af virkeligheden. Du får også mulighed for at høre om, hvordan små redskaber kan gøre en stor forskel, og du kan købe produkter denne aften.
Som altid sørger vi for hyggelig stemning med gratis kaffe, te og lidt snacks.
