Speculum allows to explore the anus or vagina
With this speculum you can examine your vagina. Apply a little lube and gently insert the speculum while it is closed. Hold the handle upwards (towards your face) when inserting it.
Once the speculum is inserted, it can be opened and adjusted with a small wheel. Bonus tip: have a mirror at hand, and examine your pelvic area with it.
When the speculum is open, you can see the walls of the vagina and cervix with a mirror. Look at your pelvic area during your cycle or when you are aroused and see how the vagina swells.
It is a good idea to look in your vagina to get to know your body.
Heat the speculum with warm water or warming lube.
Clean the speculum with water and mild soap, wipe it with a clean cloth.
Measures 9.6 cm when it is widest and can be inserted a maximum of 8.8 cm.
