If you can't be bothered to do the washing up, the Bumpher can easily be boiled for 3 minutes for the same effect.
The blue bumpher is attached by inserting a dildo through the hole on the back, while the purple bumpher is attached thanks to its tacky texture that makes sure it sticks.
