Empelvic is an innovative pelvic floor trainer, designed as a comfortable cushion to sit on. When you sit on the cushion, you'll feel the muscles and connective tissue that make up the pelvic floor being lightly pressed against. This increases sensation and makes it easier to feel when you are doing your pelvic floor and Kegel exercises correctly.
Empelvic differs from other pelvic floor trainers by being able to both teach you to tense up properly, but also to relax properly. A healthy pelvic floor must be elastic and be able to do both, but much pelvic floor training only focuses on tightening up - with Empelvic you can train it all.
A healthy and flexible pelvic floor means a lot for your quality of life, and it can help alleviate problems such as: premature ejaculation, incontinence, erection problems, tension in the abdomen or orgasm problems.
Everyone has a pelvic floor and everyone can benefit from exercise. Therefore, the cushion comes in a version for people with a penis and a version for people with a vulva, so that your body gets the most out of the training.
