Denne aften inviterer vi fysioterapeut Mia Gad, der er specialiseret i kroppens sundhed og træning - herunder graviditet og efterfødsel., til at gøre os klogere på bækkenbunden. Mia vil fortælle om, hvordan bækkenbunden fungerer, og hvorfor den er så vigtig – og hun vil give dig hands on-øvelser, du kan tage med hjem og bruge i hverdagen.
Din bækkenbund er en muskelgruppe, som de færreste tænker over i hverdagen – men som spiller en kæmpe rolle for både kropsbevidsthed, stabilitet, sexliv og velvære. Den understøtter organerne i underlivet, hjælper med at holde på urin og afføring, og den er med til at give styrke og nydelse i sex. Samtidig er bækkenbunden en af de muskelgrupper, der kan komme under størst pres under graviditet og fødsel – men uanset hvem du er, er det værd at lære den at kende og vide hvordan du kan styrke.
Du kan forvente:
- Konkrete redskaber til at aktivere og afspænde bækkenbunden
- Viden om hvordan bækkenbunden hænger sammen med resten af kroppen
- Perspektiver på bækkenbundens rolle i forbindelse med nydelse, sex og trivsel
